CaRRoL BoYeS (Pty) Ltd is a wholesale manufacturer of upmarket homeware and tabletop items. It is a woman-owned-business and a multicultural organisation that supports gender empowerment both within and out of its infrastructure. CaRRoL BoYeS invests in its staff to ensure the future growth of the organisation and supports the community at a grass roots level. CaRRoL BoYeS is currently working within the guidelines set by Sector Education and Training Authorities in South Africa, focusing on skills development, training implementation and growth within the company.

CaRRoL BoYeS (Pty) Ltd is owned and run by Carrol Boyes. Carrol is a ‘hands on’ executive and she play s a pivotal role in the day-to-day business activities, planning, implementation and control of her company. Carrol holds a BA (Fine Art) Majoring in Sculpture and pursued her childhood dream of being an artist and designer after years of dedicated teaching. She is the final decision-maker, assisted by a strong multicultural team, which is afforded equal opportunity to participate in the dynamics of the manufacturing and design, wholesale and retail operations.

Carrol’s love of and for South Africa is evident in her creative work and in numerous associated projects and bears testimony to the culture and ethos of the company.
