Crystal & Corn speaks for itself. The beauty and simplicity of the natural form of pepper corns and salt crystals appealed to me in the design process. By exaggerating the shapes and textures and having a bit of fun, I think I managed to capture the essence of the product that the shakers contain.
I am a down-to-earth goldsmith who draws my inspiration from people, art and nature. I live on the Garden Route where I design and make sculptural jewels for individuals. I have a passion for metal and use precious stones and metals in my work, combined with non-precious materials such as leather, wood and perspex.
